About the Role

VFX is expanding its presence in the UAE and is hiring Sales Associates (Junior & Senior) to support the growth of our scaling FX and Payments business.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performance environment, working with clients across international payments and foreign exchange. Whether you're early in your career or bringing established experience, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients

• Engaging with businesses to understand their FX and payments needs

• Delivering a consultative sales approach across VFX’s product offering

• Working towards individual revenue targets and contributing to team growth

• Collaborating with internal teams to support client onboarding and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial mindset with a target-driven approach

• Interest in financial markets, FX, and international payments

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

For Senior Sales Associates:

• Prior experience in FX, payments, or financial services

• Significant track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships
